Beatrix Loughran - 1924 World and Olympic Bronze Medalist

Beatrix Loughran won a bronze medal in the ladies’ event at the 1924 World Figure Skating Championships, the same year she won bronze at the Winter Olympics in Chamonix.

Oslo hosted the 1952 Winter Olympics. Two-time US Ladies’ champion Sonya Klopfer narrowly missed the Olympic podium, placing fourth.
